Brian Goldson is an experienced, innovative business leader and entrepreneur with an extensive and strong track record in delivering a wide range of high-volume, retail consumer transactional financial services throughout the Caribbean over the past 30 years. 

A Caribbean focused entrepreneur with investments in Fintech companies, Mr. Goldson has more than 30 years of proven experience in starting and building new business enterprises and leading them to top positions in their respective markets in a number of countries in the Caribbean. He has an outstanding track record in establishing and/or managing a wide range of high-volume retail consumer transactional financial services. These include the launch of Western Union Money Transfer Services; F/X Trader, a retail cambio/bureau de change; and Bill Express, a bill payment service, in several Caribbean territories.  

A former equity trader, Mr Goldson has successfully led companies to listings on capital markets. In particular, as Non-Executive Chairman, he led Access Financial Services, a micro-finance institution, to a successful listing on the Jamaica Junior Stock Exchange in October 2009. Mr. Goldson served for 16 years as a member of senior management at GraceKennedy and Company including the position of Divisional Director/Chief Operating Officer, Information & Money Service Division. He was a member of the main board from 1999 to 2006. His other previous board appointments include Non-Executive Chairman of Access Financial Services and the Postal Corporation of Jamaica. 

Mr. Goldson attained a BSc in Investment Finance from the University of New Orleans, and an MBA specialising in Strategic Management and Real Estate Finance from Georgia State University.
